NATO reaffirms commitment to long-standing partnership with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During today’s visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, NATO’s Assistant Secretary General for Operations, Tom Goffus, welcomed the continued development of the Alliance’s relations with BiH. Mr. Goffus met with BG Matthew A. Valas, NHQSa Commander, Mr. Vladimir Vučinić, Head NATO Political Engagement Support Cell, MGEN László Sticz, EU Operation Althea Commander, BiH Ministry of Defense leadership, international community representatives, and ambassadors of NATO nations to BiH.

Mr. Goffus reiterated strong commitment to stability across the Western Balkans, firm support to BiH’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, and strong commitment to our long-standing political dialogue and practical cooperation with BiH.
